We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and if notice is given within the 24 hours or you don’t turn up, you will not be refunded and should pay for your booking.
As a small business we have this policy in place to protect us and ensure the business can run smoothly
If you are not comfortable with this policy, we recommend waiting until just before the class to see if there is space to book rather than booking in advance.

It’s important to start with Mat Pilates before progressing to the Reformer. Mat Pilates builds the essential foundations of core strength, alignment, and body awareness, which are key to performing Reformer exercises safely and effectively.
Reformer Pilates involves moving parts, springs, and resistance, which require a solid understanding of Pilates principles to avoid injury and ensure proper technique.
For your safety and the best experience, we recommend beginning with our beginner-friendly Mat classes to develop confidence and control before transitioning to the Reformer.
If you are unsure if you are at a level to try the Reformer, just ask the instructor for advice.
-
For reformer classes gripped socks must be worn, we have some available to purchase if needed.
