I attend Beginners Pilates with Jess and she is fabulous! Very knowledgeable and attentive to each person's needs/ different abilities and the class feels comfortable and welcoming. The space is clean, considered and well equipped. I highly recommend, especially as someone who was nervous to begin!

Mat Pilates is amazing! I started it after a spinal injury and I now live practically pain free as a result. I have had to stop the last few weeks due to other commitments and my pain has come back so I can’t wait to go back and get it back under control. She has been a life saver!
