Oli

Yoga & Breathwork Teacher

Oli’s journey into yoga wasn’t born out of curiosity—it was forged in the fire of personal struggle. At university, life’s pressures mounted until they became unbearable, leading to a mental breakdown.

Lost and without the tools to cope, he searched for something deeper. What he found was breath. Movement. Presence. A way back to himself.

This passion for transformation led Oli to India, the birthplace of yoga, where he trained in Rishikesh—the spiritual heart of the practice. Immersing himself in ancient teachings passed down from the Himalayan sages, he developed a deep respect for yoga’s power to cultivate resilience, inner peace, and profound self-awareness.

Now, Oli brings these teachings to life in his classes, creating spaces where movement meets meaning:

• Men’s Yoga (Tuesdays) – A powerful, supportive class designed to help men reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and process emotions through movement and breath. It’s more than a workout—it’s a practice of self-awareness, strength, and calm.

• Traditional Yoga (Saturdays) – A mixed-ability class combining mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, this practice will improve flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity while melting away stress.

Beyond the studio, Oli embodies his philosophy of holistic well-being. You’ll find him embracing the elements—plunging into cold water, scaling rock faces, running long distances—all in pursuit of a life fully lived.

His story is one of transformation, from pain to power, from overwhelm to balance. Through yoga, breathwork, and movement, he helps others unlock their own journey of growth and self-discovery.
